Transplantability estimator

This tool uses NHSBT data to estimate what proportion of the UK donor pool a theoretical recipient is likely to be compatible with. It expands on the NHSBT spreadsheet here.

At present, this uses simulated data for everything other than HLA antigens / ABO group i.e. the weight and virology data is synthetic based on population estimates rather than NHSBT data.
